Key Responsibilities- Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to patients with renal-related conditions.
- Document observations, assessments, and changes in patient condition to ensure accurate and timely care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- RN licensed in the state of Texas or a Compact state.
- BCLS certification.
- Completion of RN/LVN program leading to licensure.
- Associates Degree or BSN.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- BSN degree.
- Specialty certification or training in renal care.
