As a Cath Lab Tech, you will be responsible for assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures, including coronary and peripheral angioplasty, stenting, and other vascular interventions
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines, to capture high-quality images
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, including preparing and cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT)
  • 2+ years of experience in a Cath Lab setting
  • Strong knowledge of imaging equipment and procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
