We are an independent grocery chain operator, located in the PA, NJ and DE area, and we are seeking a Store Director to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of a neighborhood grocery retail store
- Manage a team of store employees, including assistant managers and sales associates
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory management and budgeting
- Collaborate with other store directors to share best practices and improve overall store performance
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory management experience in a retail environment
- Working knowledge of scheduling, merchandising, budgeting, and expense control
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
