  • Conduct pre-trip inspections of the shuttle bus and report any deficiencies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers, including assisting with luggage and answering questions.
  • Operate the shuttle bus in a safe and defensive manner, adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and supervisors to ensure efficient fleet operations.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly shuttle bus, including performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Report any operational issues or incidents to the supervisor on duty.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of airport roads and terminal locations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
