Job Summary: We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the strategic direction and operational success of CNE and its two subsidiaries. The CEO will lead multiple strategic and capacity-building projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic, visionary leader with 10+ years of senior-level leadership experience with a budget of at least $2 million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster collaboration while maintaining the distinct identities and strengths of each subsidiary.
- Lead multiple strategic and capacity-building projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the strategic direction and operational success of CNE and its two subsidiaries.
- Ensure alignment across all entities.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of senior-level leadership experience with a budget of at least $2 million.
- Strategic, visionary leadership skills.
- Ability to foster collaboration and maintain distinct identities and strengths of each subsidiary.
Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $175,000 - $200,000.
