Pharmacy Director

• Lead and direct pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and customer service.
• Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and drive business growth.
• Motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional performance and deliver outstanding results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

• Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
• Pharmacist in charge designation on the pharmacy state license.
• Submission of required information to state PMP administrators.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
