Job Description:
At Digitas Health, we're seeking a Senior Art Director to lead our visual design team in creating innovative and effective visual materials for integrated, cross-channel plans. As a key member of our creative team, you will oversee the conception, design, and execution of visual materials, working closely with copywriters and other stakeholders to ensure the art direction and visual presentation supports the concept.
Responsibilities:
* Develop a range of designs for each project, partnering with copywriters to ensure the art direction and visual presentation supports the concept
* Communicate visual designs, motion design, concepts, and storyboards through presentations and securing client approval of recommended designs
* Lead teams of designers and production artists to implement cross-channel and digital work
* Inspire a team of designers and work with clients to deliver high-quality visual materials
Qualifications:
* Four-year degree in a related field
* Seven years' experience in creative agency experience, with a focus on art direction and visual design
* Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Image Ready, Illustrator, and Quark/InDesign
* Understanding of web production and digital channels, with a focus on creating engaging and effective visual materials
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of designers
