Culinary Director

In this position, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage inventory, and develop menus that showcase our farm-to-table philosophy. You will work closely with the culinary director to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
- Coordinate inventory management and ordering processes to minimize waste and optimize resources
- Contribute to menu planning and recipe development, reflecting our brand's culinary identity
- Train and evaluate kitchen staff members to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure compliance with health codes and regulatory requirements, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a sous chef in a similar environment
- Proven track record of menu planning and execution
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
