HQ Aero Management Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Avionics Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of critical aircraft systems.



Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and wiring issues within aircraft avionics systems.
  • Perform inspections, repairs, and installations on Flight Management Systems (FMS) and Autopilots.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and industry best practices throughout all work activities.


Qualifications:
  • A&P or FCC License is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in avionics maintenance and repair.
  • Proven expertise working on Boeing 737, 767, and Airbus aircraft is a significant advantage.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Must have a comprehensive standard aviation tool kit and etched tools.


Essential Skills:
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency in mathematics.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical and engineering drawings with accuracy.
  • Safe and efficient operation of hand and power tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move continuously around aircraft.
