Job Title: Client Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Representative to join our team at Christian Dior FR. As a key member of our boutique operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash and inventory, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging clients, maintaining a welcoming environment, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Accurately and efficiently process transactions, manage cash and media, and maintain a clean and organized register area.
  • Utilize proper telephone etiquette when answering calls, taking messages, and transferring calls.
  • Assist with packing and wrapping merchandise, handling customer exchanges and returns, and communicating customer feedback to management.
  • Participate in opening and closing procedures, including securing cash and receipts, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Collaborate with the boutique leadership team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury background.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes of merchandise, and perform all functions as set forth above.
  • Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
