Clinical Supervisor RN

Providence Medical Group is seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor RN to join our team. As a key member of our clinic leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices.
Responsibilities:- Oversee clinical staff performance and provide coaching and mentoring to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical best practices to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the clinic leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care and staff engagement.
- Provide education and training to clinical staff on new procedures, policies, and best practices.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to clinical staff.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an ambulatory care setting.
- Experience in clinical leadership or management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience working in an ambulatory care setting.
- Experience in clinical education and training.
- Board certification in a relevant specialty.
