Clinical Supervisor RN

The Clinical Staff Supervisor plays a crucial role in coordinating and managing the clinical support staff and workflows within the clinic. This position is an integral member of the clinic leadership team, bringing a professional nursing perspective to the group and upholding the standards of nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the care provided by clinical support staff and initiate efforts to improve the quality and skill levels of clinical staff members.
- Lead clinical staff to ensure patient care services are provided in an efficient, safe, and timely manner that is sensitive to patients' physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
- Ensure compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Washington Registered Nurse License for locations in Washington.
- 3 years direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- 1 year in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment.
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
