As a Licensed Healthcare Professional, you will play a vital role in providing care to patients in accordance with physician orders, recognized standards of practice, and established company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients, ensuring their rights are respected and upheld.
  2. Document patient information accurately and timely, adhering to EMR requirements.
  3. Conduct thorough EOBs and obtain required consents from patients.
  4. Serve as a leader in monitoring patient well-being, supervising nursing assistants when necessary, and directing care accordingly.
  5. Develop and implement effective care plans based on patient needs and changing conditions.
  6. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, documenting and reviewing medication sheets for accuracy.
  7. Monitor patient responses to care treatment plans and possess knowledge of medication interactions.
  8. Count controlled substances with outgoing nurses or designees, securing and reconciling reconciliation during shifts.

Rate: $29-$33/hour

Education and Experience

A minimum of one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. A valid LPN or LVN license is also mandatory.
