Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one patient care in a home environment
  • Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and maintain accurate documentation
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Patient assessments and coordination of care
  • Health promotion, education, and training for family members
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Good standing license (LPN) in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, or adult patients

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $48,000-$61,440, based on a 30-40 hour workweek and an hourly rate of $23-$28. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
