Accountants One: Tax Accountant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Accountant to join our team at Accountants One. As a Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for processing personal and corporate tax returns, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process 1040 Personal, 1120 Corporate, and 1065 Partnership tax returns on a regular basis
  • Work closely with our bookkeeper to process write-up work for small to mid-sized clients monthly
  • Support our Payroll Accountant to process payroll for clients
  • Communicate frequently with client management to ensure excellent customer service
  • Make recommendations on different opportunities for clients to maximize their business
Requirements:
  • BS in Accounting
  • CPA, CPA candidate, or EA preferred
  • 2+ years tax preparation experience
  • QuickBooks experience
