Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Veterinarian Lead to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art veterinary hospitals. This role will play a critical part in delivering exceptional patient care and providing leadership to our medical team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical care to patients, including diagnosing and treating diseases, and performing routine and complex surgical procedures.
- Lead and manage our medical team, ensuring that all staff members are equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients undergoing day hospitalization, working closely with referral hospitals to ensure continuity of care.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school.
- Active licensure as a veterinarian without contingencies in the state where the hospital is located.
- Current DEA license and USDA Category I Accreditation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, veterinarians, and support staff.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $86,580-$184,080 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
