As a LPN, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and individualized care to pediatric and adult patients with various medical conditions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders and medical protocols.
  • Assess and document patient signs and symptoms, including physiologic and psychosocial changes.
  • Collect and analyze data from healthcare members to identify potential nursing diagnoses.

**Requirements:**

  • Current licensure as an LPN in the state of practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
