About the Role:

At LEARN RESC, we are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our Student Support Services Team at the Ocean Avenue LEARNing Academy. This dynamic role involves providing instructional support and student monitoring to promote educational and behavioral growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with classroom teams to provide individualized support to students
  • Data collection and analysis to inform instruction
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require experience working with children with autism or emotional/behavioral challenges and their families. A Registered Behavior Technician Certification is mandatory. Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs is also desirable.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also have access to ongoing professional development opportunities and a collaborative work environment that fosters growth and innovation.
