Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Product Knowledge and Sales: Utilize your expertise to identify client needs and inform/sell products that meet their requirements.
  • Teller Support: Assist the teller line as needed, ensuring seamless service to our clients.
  • Loan Applications: Assist clients with loan applications, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Compliance and Audit: Assist with dual control vault responsibilities and audit controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • On-the-Job Training: Support the training of new associates, helping them develop the skills needed to succeed in their roles.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a teller or universal banker, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Background Check: As part of the employment process, you'll be required to meet the requirements of a background credit check.
