Job Summary

The Clinical Coordinator BCBA- School is a key member of our multidisciplinary team, responsible for developing and implementing behavioral programming for students at our school and residential programs. This role offers flexible hours and opportunities for collaboration and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and monitor data collection systems for students on caseload
  • Ensure current FBA's and BSP's for all students on caseload, meeting regulatory requirements
  • Provide training to staff on data collection and behavior support plan implementation
  • Collaborate with ancillary services on clinical programming
  • Oversight of regulatory requirements for physical restraint, including incident and restraint reports
  • Participate in individual intake, discharge, and support planning
  • Attend IEP and other relevant meetings
  • Participate in clinical review processes
  • On-call responsibility for residential programs
  • Obtain and participate in safety care certification and training
  • Seek and use training opportunities for professional growth
Qualifications
  • Masters in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, and BCBA and/or LABA required
  • At least five years of experience with severe special needs population preferred
  • Effective communicator and facilitator
  • Commitment to valuing diversity and cultural competence
  • Mentorship skills
  • Familiarity with Massachusetts agencies DESE, DEEC, and DCF
  • Familiarity with Massachusetts IEP system and MCAS
  • Ability to work flexible hours
