Job Summary

The Medical Center Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This role involves cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, emptying trash and recyclables, and restocking supplies.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and disinfect surfaces, including floors, walls, and equipment
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and replace liners
  • Restock supplies, including paper products, soap, and toilet paper
  • Notify management of any maintenance or repair issues
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with colleagues and management


Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No experience required, on-the-job training provided
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required


Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • 1 year of similar work experience
