About this role:

We are seeking a Senior Branch Network Management Trainee to join our team at Wells Fargo. As a key member of our Consumer, Small and Business Banking division, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a diverse team of direct and indirect reports. Your primary focus will be on creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability to business outcomes.

As a Senior Branch Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for coaching, developing, and building a high-performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business. This includes coaching bankers to engage customers to understand their needs and work proactively to build relationships and help customers succeed financially.

You will also be responsible for resolving low to moderately complex issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and the business to meet Branch Network business objectives. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options to support adoption and customer convenience.

As a leader, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding talent development of direct reports and assisting in hiring talent. You will also be responsible for leading the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships to deliver a customer-centric experience.

This role requires SAFE registration at the time of employment. Wells Fargo will initiate the SAFE registration process immediately after your employment start date. You will also be required to meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies.

We are looking for a candidate with 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Additionally, you should have 2+ years of leadership experience and be able to build and inspire a team where adaptability, collaboration, and accountability to performance are critical to success.
