About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled RN Resident to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to gain real-world acute care experience under the guidance of preceptors, mentors, and clinical educators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in the NICU setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in area of specialty
