Providence is inviting current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for our RN Residency Program at Providence Milwaukie Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world acute care experience under the guidance of preceptors, mentors, and clinical educators.
Program DetailsOur RN Residency Program provides the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. You will learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience guided by experienced preceptors.
EligibilityEligible candidates must be recent graduates with less than 12 months of experience. Full-Time, Night Shift positions are available for Medical Surgical.

Required Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
- Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty
