We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Kitchen Team Member. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting our high standards.
  • Be knowledgeable of kitchen station assignments, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Follow strict adherence to Food Safety procedures and Operational Excellence protocols.
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to leadership.
  • Complete all opening and closing tasks as assigned and adhere to our company rules and dress code.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Consistent and reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Cheerful and positive attitude, with a passion for serving and helping others.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry 50 pounds on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time.

  • Strong work ethic and focus on quality and attention to detail.
