Polymer Extrusion Specialist

Position Overview

This role emphasizes the development of extruded polymer products, including both monolayer and multilayer variants. The selected candidate will serve as a technical advisor in their area of expertise, focusing on product and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of new products.
  • Possess hands-on experience with the extrusion process.
  • Identify design solutions that align with engineering, manufacturing, and financial objectives.
  • Maintain accurate engineering documentation in compliance with APQP and QMS standards.
  • Communicate design, material, and specification requirements effectively.
  • Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Engage directly with clients throughout the Product Design and Development process.

Qualifications
  • Experience with extruded polymer products is essential.
  • Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including recent graduates with relevant internships.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
