Position Summary: The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care, adhering to the standards set forth by the MN Board of Nursing and the policies of St. Luke's. This role involves planning, directing, and coordinating nursing staff activities. The nurse will facilitate communication among patients, families, and the healthcare team, while also providing education to patients' families and evaluating care outcomes.
Essential Qualifications: Must possess a valid nursing license in Minnesota. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) as either a BLS Provider or Healthcare Provider from recognized organizations such as the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, or equivalent military training.
