This position includes a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus and a $2,000 Retention Bonus.
Enjoy 3 weeks of vacation, 3 personal days, reimbursement for professional dues, state licensure fees, and CDR renewal, along with funding for continuing education events and up to $5,000 in annual tuition reimbursement.
The ideal candidate will report to the Clinical Nutrition Manager and will:
- Be a Registered Dietitian with at least 1 year of experience and possess a Dietitian license in the state of practice;
- Have prior experience in a NICU setting;
- Conduct nutrition-focused physical assessments, provide nutrition support recommendations, and deliver education as necessary;
- Continuously monitor and assess patient care outcomes;
- Mentor dietetic interns and assist the Clinical Nutrition Manager in liaising with internship faculty;
- Participate in departmental and clinical meetings relevant to practice areas;
- Utilize electronic medical records effectively and be familiar with the Nutrition Care Process & Model and Epic Electronic System (preferred);
- Focus on enhancing patient satisfaction and driving process improvement initiatives.

What We Offer:
Sodexo provides equitable compensation, influenced by a candidate's educational background and relevant experience. While the budgeted range for this position is available, salary offers are tailored to individual qualifications, including experience, skills, education, and training.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement: A Bachelor's degree with completion of necessary coursework and supervised practice as mandated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND). (Note: For those seeking registration after 2023, a master's degree is required.)
Credentials Requirement:
- Must meet eligibility criteria for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and achieve registration within 120 days of hire. In certain states and/or facilities, RD/RDN credentials may be required at the time of hire.
- Certification/licensure as mandated by state(s) of practice.
