Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Training and experience in environmental control, physical plant maintenance, and operation and repair of required maintenance equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
