As a Hedge Fund Client Services Specialist at Barclays, you will serve as the primary liaison for hedge fund clients.
Your role will involve cultivating strong relationships within our client portfolio by delivering exceptional service through proactive communication, offering solutions, and providing valuable insights.
This is a remarkable opportunity to collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and to facilitate the introduction of new funds/products for existing clients.
You will also offer client assistance and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Prime Services web portal, reporting, and online tools.Compensation Range: $110,000 - $125,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for hedge fund clients, fostering and nurturing deep relationships across the client base.
- Deliver proactive client engagement through regular reviews and meetings, while providing support and expertise for the Prime Services web portal, reporting, and online tools.
- Maintain consistent tracking of issues and coordination among internal stakeholders to achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage the trade capture process and the settlement cycle.
- Provide Sales and Account Management with regular updates on client activities and trends.
- Ensure that the needs of clients' third-party vendors, such as administrators, are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and over one year of experience in a client-facing role within Prime Services.
- Proven ability to establish lasting relationships internally and with clients through daily interactions and meetings.
- Experience working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and new funds/products for existing clients.
- Strong presentation, persuasive speaking, negotiation, and verbal communication skills.
