We are seeking a highly skilled Diversity and Inclusion SME to join our team at Organizational Development Resource Group (ODRG). As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) with their DEIA initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide DEIA subject matter expertise, advisory, and consulting support to the DTRA team.
- Develop and implement a holistic D&I Training program that fosters a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Coordinate with the Equity and Inclusion Office and the Diversity and Inclusion Council to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Manage and control efficient operations to ensure high levels of internal consistency, responsiveness, technical proficiency, risk mitigation, and timeliness of deliverables.
- Assess existing Human Capital products, processes, and agency workforce data to identify diversity gaps and provide recommended revisions.
- Collect DEIA- and human capital-related data and metrics, and conduct/present detailed analyses in briefing and report formats.
- 5 years of experience as a DEIA SME.
- Clearly demonstrate qualification/certification in DEIA topics.
- DEIA certifications and proven qualifications.
- Active Secret Clearance.
