As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving sales and fostering customer relationships through exceptional service and effective selling techniques.
  • Supporting merchandising and product flow to enhance the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a vibrant and energetic atmosphere for customers.
  • Consistently meet operational and merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with teammates on various tasks, processes, and merchandising opportunities.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of footwear, apparel, and accessories.
  • Uphold superior standards of store cleanliness and safety.
  • Adhere to store policies and procedures at all times.
  • Ensure consistent attendance in line with company expectations.
  • Comply with company policies regarding harassment and ethics.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform tasks such as twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation. Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred. Must be at least 18 years old.

Additional Skills:

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while providing excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for retail hours, which may encompass days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
