Job Title: Swing Driver

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Swing Driver to join our team. As a Swing Driver, you will operate a heavy-duty truck to perform assigned duties on swing routes, ensuring the safe and efficient collection of waste and recyclables.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate vehicle in accordance with OSHA and DOT requirements, as well as all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle, noting any issues on the DVIR form.
  • Immediately report any unsafe situations or service calls to the Route Manager or Dispatch.
  • Participate in scheduled training, briefings, and meetings as required by the Route Manager.
  • Work closely with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies and identify problem or unsafe accounts.
  • Perform all duties as scheduled by the Route Manager or Dispatch, assisting other company drivers as directed.
  • Notify the Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
  • Communicate customer requests or issues to Dispatch or Route Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Two years of previous experience in a driver position.
  • Commercial Driver's License B (CDL).
  • Eligible to legally work in the United States.
  • Acceptable driving record required.
