Job Summary:

The Coffee Barista Lead is a key member of our Cash Wise team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless beverage experience for our guests. As a Coffee Barista Lead, you will be the face of our coffee shop, providing expert knowledge of our menu offerings and ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage the coffee shop floor, ensuring that all equipment is clean and well-maintained, and that the shop is presented in a clean and welcoming manner.
  • Train and develop new team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the high standards of our coffee shop.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Collaborate with the Coffee Shop Manager to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a coffee shop or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
