This role is a full-time, direct-hire position offering a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional ready to contribute significantly to our client's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate both residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements as well as lender representation.
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on various real estate issues, encompassing sales transactions, disputes, zoning regulations, subdivision matters, and fraud cases related to real estate disclosures or mortgages.
- Prepare and draft contracts for the sale and transfer of property titles.
- Compose and submit legal documents, including claims, motions, and court briefs.
- Negotiate terms of real estate agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active New York State license to practice law is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law is essential.
- Experience in title insurance, commercial leasing, and land use is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- This position requires 100% on-site attendance.

The compensation package will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's experience, educational background, and work location.
