You will provide exceptional care to chronically ill patients recovering from kidney transplant procedures and other complex conditions and treatment plans.

This is a fast-paced high acuity unit that is growing due to continued success of our Kidney Transplant Services that continues to increase our number of kidney transplants each year.

Shift Details:
Part Time Days 6:45 am to 7:15 pm

The Work:
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff

Coordinates the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures

This position will provide you with daily challenges, a strong supportive team that always helps each other, and the opportunity to grow your nursing skills.
