Job Title: Senior Environmental Project Manager

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our environmental services group, you will be responsible for managing complex environmental projects, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project teams by clearly communicating expectations for project requirements, scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Identify and nurture project and construction management talent, encouraging their development and empowerment.
  • Provide strong technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of innovation within the team.
  • Communicate with and align teams beyond the scope of work to maximize outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • Manage and communicate project changes with the client and the project team.
  • Consistently meet or out-perform planned project profitability and metrics.
  • Manage quality and H&S to achieve zero accidents and ensure quality goals are met.
  • Assist with proposal efforts, including costing and profitability planning.
  • Proactively identify project issues and develop options for corrective action.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or geology or environmental related degree from an accredited university.
  • Ten (10) + years' experience in the environmental field, with significant exposure to innovative technologies for site investigation and remediation.
  • Five (5) + years' experience with project management, including the management of projects that incorporate advanced technological tools.
  • Regulatory expertise in CERCLA/RCRA processes and reporting requirements.

Salary Range: $96,500 - $128,900 - $161,000
