Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Department Manager to join our team at Savers / Value Village. As a Department Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Key Responsibilities
  • Department Operations: Oversee the daily operations of a department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our stores.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted, and that products are properly stored and displayed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
