**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Survey Project Manager to lead our surveying and geomatics group. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of field and office operations, develop and maintain relationships with key organizations, and manage survey crews and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Project Leadership**: Oversee all aspects of surveying and geomatics projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • **Team Management**: Manage survey crews, technicians, and staff, administer contracts, and coordinate project tasks.
  • **Client Relationships**: Develop and maintain relationships with key organizations and companies, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • **Technical Expertise**: Plan and execute surveying projects, solving complex problems and implementing innovative solutions using Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and ArcGIS.

**Requirements**

  • **Professional Qualifications**: Must be a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
  • **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in surveying management, preferably in residential/commercial development.
  • **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in survey computation tools, strong skills in field work using Trimble Survey equipment and data management, knowledge of GPS technology and software like Microsoft Excel, Access, and Google Earth.
