Position Overview:
We are in search of a seasoned and skilled Vice President of Revenue to spearhead our sales initiatives and strategic direction.

This role will report directly to the President and will oversee the sales division, all revenue-generating channels, and will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth trajectory through an unparalleled customer experience.
Work Environment:
This position is office-based.
Compensation:
Salary range: $150k-$160k plus bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategic planning and execution of comprehensive sales strategies that align with the organization's goals, ensuring these strategies serve as actionable roadmaps for growth and market dominance.
- Lead and manage Inside Sales, Customer Experience, Commercial Business Development, and Door-to-Door teams, coordinating strategies and activities with Operations to achieve sales objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance to various sales teams, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establish ambitious yet attainable sales targets, fostering a performance-driven culture focused on exceeding these goals through strategic initiatives and rigorous execution.
- Define clear objectives and KPIs to evaluate the success of sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing resources to bolster awareness, demand generation, and retention initiatives across all sales channels, including campaigns and local marketing.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of sales and marketing analytics, utilizing complex data and market insights to adapt the sales funnel and make informed business decisions.
- Continuously assess and refine sales processes, methodologies, and tools, actively seeking advancements in technology and automation to ensure optimal sales force efficiency.
- Strategically manage resources to support sales effectiveness, including real-time analysis of conversion funnel challenges for immediate resolution.
- Encourage productive collaborations, particularly with operations, to ensure sales strategies are integrated with company-wide initiatives, emphasizing an exceptional customer experience.
- Generate and present comprehensive reports on sales operations and achievements to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with overarching business strategies.
- Adopt a solutions-oriented approach to address barriers within the sales funnel.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in sales, with a proven track record of developing and executing strategies that significantly exceed sales performance metrics.
- A data-driven decision-making approach, supported by strong business and financial acumen.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills; experience in inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams towards common objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in transforming sales operations within established structures, implementing innovative sales techniques, technologies, and methodologies to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Experience in developing sales scripts and understanding customer scenarios to effectively address their needs.
- Deep knowledge of sales mechanics, marketing strategies, and customer experience.
- Proficiency in utilizing advanced sales management software and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
