The Arkansas Department of Workforce Services is seeking a Marketing Specialist who will report directly to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement. This role is pivotal in orchestrating, developing, and executing a diverse range of marketing and promotional strategies for BRTC and the BRTC Foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the management of all promotional print and digital initiatives for BRTC and the BRTC Foundation.
- Collaborating on the creation and editing of photography and video content, ensuring proper organization, storage, and accessibility in conjunction with the Communications Specialist.
- Leading the selection, design, procurement, and distribution of promotional materials for both the College and Foundation.
- Formulating and maintaining a comprehensive marketing strategy while conducting market analysis.
- Supporting other Institutional Advancement team members with various activities related to communications and development as needed.
Successful candidates will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, alongside proficiency in photography and technology. A strong customer service orientation, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential. The ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict deadlines is crucial.
