We are seeking a friendly, courteous individual who can organize and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines. Responsibilities include:
- Making initial contact and follow-ups with clients to ensure a smooth mortgage loan application process.
- Helping loan applicants get "mortgage-ready" by gathering necessary information for new loan underwriting and providing support throughout the mortgage loan application process.
- Performing necessary administrative duties to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements include:
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
- Additional training and one year of college or technical school or equivalent, and 12-18 months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
