Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at the Padre Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that meet the high standards of the Padre Hotel
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure excellent food quality and presentation
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized menus for events and banquets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor and control food costs to meet budgetary requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen management role
- Proven track record of menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety protocols
