Position Overview:
This role involves working under direct supervision, adhering to established protocols to complete assigned tasks. Responsibilities include performing minor repairs and limited preventive maintenance on designated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
To succeed in this role, an individual must be capable of:
  • Executing all tasks in line with established safety protocols.
  • Conducting minor repairs and preventive maintenance services as assigned.
  • Completing necessary documentation using fleet maintenance software for vehicle repairs, parts usage, and repair time tracking.
  • Assisting in the repair and adjustment of equipment.
  • Cleaning vehicles and equipment.
  • Performing safety inspections on vehicles.
  • Supporting senior mechanics in project completion.
  • Responding to service calls for breakdowns.
  • Carrying out other maintenance-related tasks as required.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with Corporate and OSHA standards.

Supervisory Duties:
This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Not required.
  • Experience: No prior work experience necessary.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and physical examination.

Salary Range:
