Job Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Network Engineer, interacting with financial services clients and engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain network technology solutions that meet the needs of the financial industry.

Responsibilities
As a Lead Network Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting diverse multi-protocol networks for different needs of the financial industry. This includes experience in the architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of Financial Trading networks including Market Data and Ultra-low-latency trading networks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The Lead Network engineer interfaces with both the client and Client engineering teams, leading complex projects and communicating effectively to architect, design, and implement solutions that align with business needs.
  • Adequate experience in the Architecture, Design, Implementation, and Maintenance of Financial Trading networks including Market Data and Ultra-low-latency trading networks.
  • Perform capacity planning for all Network resources – including network devices and circuits.
  • Regularly review performance metrics and other key indicators, performance tuning, and day-to-day engineering support to ensure environmental stability.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education.
  • A minimum of 7 years in the Financial Industry, preferably in a Trading environment.
  • Excellent documentation/technical writing skills required.
  • Expert level knowledge of Network Architecture, Routing, Switching, network automation, and various routing and network switching technologies and protocols.

Salary: $50-$72/Hr
