We are a dynamic team of professionals at Stellar Ventures, dedicated to managing projects and their financial grants through our INEZ Core program. Our diverse work focuses on processing applications and follow-ups in various areas, including sports, culture, children and youth, and seniors.
Your Tasks
You will support us in grant processing, with a primary focus on reviewing and verifying grant applications for completeness, checking cost plans, and entering applications into the program. Additionally, you will review expenditure reports for formal and numerical accuracy.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in administrative or business-related fields, with a minimum of three completed semesters in their current course of study or a completed commercial or administrative training. A good understanding of office communication, including Outlook procedures, is highly desirable.
