Job Title: Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer

Work Location: Phoenix, AZ / Remote

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Guidewire PolicyCenter modules, focusing on configuration and rating.
  • Develop expertise in Guidewire Configuration and Integration.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Develop proprietary code using Guidewire Gosu.
  • Work with Guidewire APIs, methods, rules, and processes.
  • Provide excellent troubleshooting skills, especially in complex application stacks.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Work in a Production support Team and Onsite-Offshore Model.
Desirable Skills
  • Certified Guidewire PolicyCenter professional.
  • Strong Java programming skills.
  • Experience with REST web services and code versioning systems like SVN.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Web services expertise, including WSDL, SOAP, XML, and REST.
Soft Skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Insurance domain knowledge.
  • Ability to work with client stakeholders.
  • Requirement review and work effort estimation.
