  • 36 months of experience authoring technical documentation, including user guides and training manuals.
  • 24 months of experience leveraging MS Office Suite to produce deliverables.
  • 36 months of experience working with technical staff and stakeholders at all levels to define business and technical processes.
  • 12 months experience building reports using Oracle Analytics tools.
  • 24 months of experience with Siebel Case Management System.
  • 12 months of experience using UPK.
  • 12 months of experience configuring and testing calendar integration products.
  • 12 months of experience with Oracle SQL.
  • 12 months of experience working with Public sector.
