As a **Senior Engineer – Identity & Access Management (IAM)**, you will be pivotal in enhancing our Customer and Enterprise IAM systems. This role involves collaborating closely with development teams and IAM service consumers to ensure secure identity solutions are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the implementation and management of IAM platforms.
- Address break/fix requests and monitor the environment to support Digital Technology in change management processes.
- Handle Level 2 tickets related to bugs, outages, and feature requests.
- Ensure IAM solutions comply with regulatory and internal standards.
- Maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
- Generate compliance reports as required.
- Collaborate with Cyber Defense and other departments as necessary.
- Align IAM security with the overall security strategy to mitigate organizational risk.
- Provide guidance on the implementation and utilization of IAM capabilities in enterprise systems.
- Work with IAM team members to offer insights on IAM-related matters and feedback on system support.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise or Customer Identity & Access Management, Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Proficient in identity protocols and technologies such as OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth, SAML, and platforms like Ping Identity and Okta.
- Familiarity with fraud prevention and identity verification technologies.
- Expertise in modern software development lifecycles and automated cloud infrastructure deployment.
- In-depth knowledge of specific IAM tools like EIAM-Delinea, Duo, or Sailpoint.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or Computer Science.
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP.
- 6+ years of related experience.
- Knowledge of organizational standards and compliance regulations.
