Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Auditor to join our team in the Information Technology Division of the Department of State - Agency Wide. As an Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our IT systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive IT audit plans and programs to ensure compliance with Government Auditing Standards.
  • Conduct performance audits to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting findings and justifying recommendations.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to identify and address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in auditing, business administration, finance, public administration, or accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in performance auditing, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
  • Certification as a Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Public Accountant is highly desirable.
